(Nov. 3, 2019) Construction Mechanic Constructionman Dale Groves, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, stands security watch for a simulated chemical, biological and radiological decontamination drill during NMCB-3’s field training exercise (FTX).
