KEYPORT, Wash. (Nov. 8, 2019) - Capt. James Belz, outgoing commanding officer of the Ohio-class guided-missile submarine USS Michigan (SSGN 727) Gold Team, delivers remarks during a change-of-command ceremony for the Michigan. During the ceremony Capt. Michael Beckette relieved Capt. James Belz as the commanding officer for the USS Michigan Gold Team. The Michigan returned from a forward-deployed status in May, and is now undergoing a major maintenance period at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.
