Members of the Texas National Guard Joint Counterdrug Task Force spoke at drug awareness and prevention events during Red Ribbon Month in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. Red Ribbon Week has been educating youth about the hazards of drug use since 1988 in honor of fallen Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent Enrique Camarena.
