Col. Ben Conde, 23d Wing vice commander, briefs Airmen before a foreign object debris (FOD) walk Nov. 4, 2019, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. FOD is considered to be any foreign substance that could potentially cause damage to an aircraft.
