    OAK HARBOR, Wash. (Nov. 4, 2019) — Vice Adm. Mike Moran, Principal Military Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Research, Development and Acquisition) speaks with Sailors from various commands under Commander, Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing 10 prior during the last active duty flight on a U.S. Navy P-3 aircraft. The assignment of P-3 aircraft to the U.S. Navy in active duty lasted over 57 years. The remaining P-3C Orion aircraft will be utilized within the U.S. Navy Reserve until its complete phasing out in 2023.
