Vietnam Veteran John W. Sacca, an Albany, N.Y. resident and former Soldier serving in the Army, Army National Guard and Army Reserve received the award. Sacca was recognized by the two sponsors of the award, the Association of the U.S. Army and the Friends of the Military Museum in a ceremony hosted by the museum and New York Army National Guard.
