Petty Officer 1st Class Timothy Ball, Petty Officer 2nd Class James Dasinger and Fireman Rakab Holman, all Coast Guard service members from Aids to Navigation Team Astoria, remove hardware and disconnect batteries on the foghorn located at the end of the Tillamook River North Jetty near Garibaldi, Ore., Oct. 9, 2019. The foghorn is a sound signal that notifies mariners of the approximate location of the jetty during foggy conditions or other low visibility situations.
