SOUTH CHINA SEA (Oct. 28, 2019) Ensign Lauren Schrock, from Orono, Minn., looks for contacts on navigation equipment as she stands watch on the bridge of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85). McCampbell is underway conducting operations in the Indo-Pacific region while assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
