The U.S. Coast Guard Ceremonial Honor Guard begins the flag-folding ceremony as part of the full military honors burial for Lt. Thomas Crotty, a USCG POW, in Buffalo, New York, Nov. 2, 2019. His remains were recently identified by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) and were brought back to Crotty’s hometown of Buffalo for burial.
