    Chief Petty Officer Nathan Poppink, a Coast Guard Cutter Healy (WAGB 20) crewmember, oversees the recovery of a malfunctioning navigational mooring by Healy while the cutter and crew was operating in the Arctic Ocean, Sept. 21, 2019.
