KINGS BAY, Ga.-Petty Officer 3rd Class William C. Trainer, native of Seattle, a U.S. Navy diver with Trident Refit Facility (TRIREFFAC) at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, jumps into the water to begin a dive to conduct underwater repairs. The Sailor was awarded Navy Commendation Medals, Oct. 31, 2019, for rescuing an unconscious civilian from a submerged vehicle.
