Shaun Withers, Chief of Professional Continuing Education, inspect decorated offices for a Halloween contest, Oct. 31, 2019, at McGhee Tyson ANG Base, Tenn. The education center staff agencies went head-to-head during the contest to prove who could decorate the scariest office and win bragging rights for the next year.
