An Iraqi local scrapes away old paint from a building near Baghdad International Airport. Iraqis were hired to do much of the reconstruction work planned for BIAP and its surrounding area. The efforts are part of a plan to get Baghdad back in the international business community by making BIAP the international gateway to Baghdad.
