Senior Chief Aviation Ordnanceman Rudoff L. Liverpool, a Recruit Division Commander (RDC) assigned to Officer Training Command, Newport (OTCN) in Rhode Island, is presented a memento signed by the staff with the RDC rope during his end of tour award presentation on Oct. 28, 2019. Liverpool’s next assignment is aboard the USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) based in Mayport, Florida. OCS develops civilians and fleet Sailors into newly commissioned officers morally, mentally, physically and imbue them with the highest ideals of honor, courage and commitment in order to prepare graduates for service in the fleet as Naval officers.
