Staff Sgt. Anthony Lodiong, Fort Bliss, Texas, is awarded the Expert Soldier Badge by Sgt. Maj. of the Army Michael A. Grinston Oct. 15, 2019, during a ceremony at the Association of the U.S. Army annual Eisenhower Luncheon.
