Robert Manzueta, assigned to Commander, Logistics Group Western Pacific, demonstrates a defensive ladder-climbing technique with during a visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) workshop with Royal Brunei Armed Forces and Royal Brunei Police Forces in support of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei.
