Derick Garcia, Amphibious Assault Vehicle mechanic with 1st Force Storage Battalion, coaches his 2-year-old daughter, Amara, on her driving technique during the domestic violence awareness 5K held aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif., Oct. 23. Amara took her driving seriously for most of the run as her daddy pushed it like a stroller along the course. When she tired of driving, her daddy carried her and pushed the charriot along the run, trippling his duties for the event without hesitation.
