A 20,000 gallon collapsible-fabric tank is being used for a ship-to-shore refueling operation during Arctic Expeditionary Capabilities Exercise (AECE) in Seward, Alaska, Sept. 17, 2019. Approximately 3,000 U.S. Navy and Marine Corps personnel participated in Arctic Expeditionary Capabilities Exercise 2019, a joint training exercise that tested expeditionary logistical capabilities in the Arctic region and prepared joint forces to respond to crises across the Indo-Pacific.
