    U.S. Sailors assigned to the USS Comstock (LSD-45) conduct flight-deck operations with a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter while sailing in the Indo-Pacific, Sept. 14, 2019. Approximately 3,000 U.S. Navy and Marine Corps personnel participated in Arctic Expeditionary Capabilities Exercise 2019, a joint training exercise that tested expeditionary logistical capabilities in the Arctic region and prepared joint forces to respond to crises across the Indo-Pacific.
