RIMBA AIR BASE, Brunei (Oct. 23, 2019) U.S. Ambassador to Brunei Matt Matthews discusses aircraft capabilities with Lt.j.g. Thomas Hutchinson inside a P-8 Poseidon aircraft assigned to Patrol Squadron (VP) 10 during a distinguished visitor tour of the aircraft in support of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei.
