A construction worker transports rocks to the work site of a local construction project here, May 20, 2012. All of the construction projects in this region are Afghan-led and employ local citizens from throughout Khan Neshin district. Marines from Civil Affairs Team 4, Kilo Detachment, Regimental Combat Team 5, visited several local works sites to ensure quality construction on projects like schools, clinics and bridges.
