Spc. Lamar L. Jelks, a combat engineer assigned to 530th Clearance Company, 92nd Engineer Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division, prepares a composition C-4 explosive for a confidence charge during a demolition range training event, Oct. 17, 2019, at Fort Stewart, Georgia.
