Miller, III, Commander, Naval Air Forces, is bonged off during Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing 10 (CPRW-10) change of command ceremony on Naval Air Station Whidbey Island (NASWI). CPRW-10 is based on NASWI and is responsible for the training, maintenance and administrative support of its assigned Patrol and Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadrons.
