191020-N-HR587-1231– Katsuaki Kamiji, mayor of Yokosuka City makes a closing speech at the 43rd annual Yokosuka Mikoshi Parade. “This event enforces the friendship between the United States and Japan as those from the U.S. Naval base also carried the traditional Japanese Mikoshi shrine,” said Kamiji. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel and their families.
