Staff Sgt. Rebecca Freeman, 374th Medical Group aeromedical evacuation technician, poses for an airlifter of the week portrait at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Oct. 21, 2019. Freeman leads operations for the 374th MDG's tri-service aeromedical evacuation program, which is the Area of Responsibility's largest hub for AE in support of 7,000 beneficiaries. Freeman coordinated military airlift for 21 personnel and validated 115 patient movement records, which ensured 84 patients, including 5 short-notice patients, were transferred to a higher echelon of care.
