U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Charles Sola, a dermatologist assigned to the hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20), administers medication to a woman's arm to help with pain management and scar healing at a temporary medical treatment site in in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Oct. 18, 2019.
