Jacob Plumb, officer-in-charge of the Underwater Construction Team TWO (UCT 2) Construction Dive Detachment /Bravo (CDD/B) conducts a demolition quality assurance check in the Sapwauhfik Atoll, Federated States of Micronesia on Oct. 17, 2019 as part of Triggerfish 2019 phase III.
