A construction contractor prepares Building 2 of the Canandaigua Veteran Affairs Medical Center for partial demolition October 15. Other work on building 2 includes salvaging historical bricks and asbestos remediation.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District and Louisville District, through the Inter-agency and International Support (IIS)'s is in the midst of updating the medical clinic with a new outpatient clinic, a 120 bed Community living center and renovating several existing buildings.
The Corps is honored to be a part of the team responsible for improving the infrastructure that provides vital services to veterans, our Nations’ heroes.
