NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Oct. 5, 2019) — Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78) prepare for a sea and anchor detail while the ship is moored in front of the Canadian Halifax-class frigate HMCS Halifax (FFH 330) on Naval Station Rota, Spain, Oct. 5, 2019. Porter, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on its seventh patrol in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe and Africa.
