Kyle Leslie is rendered honors during the “Vanguard” of Helicopter Mine Counter Measure Squadron (HM) 14 change of command ceremony onboard Naval Station Norfolk, Oct. 10. The mission of HM-14 is to maintain a worldwide 72-hour Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM) rapid deployment posture and a three aircraft forward-deployed AMCM and Vertical Onboard Delivery capability in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
