Aviation Ordnanceman 3rd Class Phillip Marotta, assigned to the “Skinny Dragons" of Patrol Squadron (VP) 4, installs an AGM 84D Harpoon missile during a monthly task force weapons proficiency check. VP-4, forward deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations is assigned to Commander, Task Group 67, responsible for tactical control of deployed maritime patrol and reconnaissance squadrons throughout Europe and Africa.
