191008-N-FV739-0017 NAVAL BASE GUAM (Oct. 8, 2019) Rear Adm. Joey Tynch, commander, Logistics Group Western Pacific, is greeted by Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) Col. Lim Yu Chuan, commander of the first flotilla and commanding officer of 185 squadron, during a ship visit and tour of RSN frigate RSS Formidable (FFS 68) in support of Pacific Griffin 2019. Pacific Griffin is a biennial exercise conducted in the waters near Guam aimed at enhancing combined proficiency at sea while strengthening relationships between the U.S. and Republic of Singapore navies.
