U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. John Taddeo assembles an antenna in preparation for exercise KAMANDAG 3 at Subic Bay, Philippines, Oct. 5, 2019. KAMANDAG is an acronym for the Filipino phrase “Kaagapay Ng Mga Manirigma Ng Dagat,” which translates to “Cooperation of the Warriors of the Sea,” highlighting the partnership between the U.S., Philippine, and Japanese militaries.
