191007-N-XG173-1385 PEARL HARBOR (Oct. 7, 2019) Sailors participate in new physical readiness test (PRT) events as part of Navy Physical Readiness Test Evaluation Phase II. Throughout the week, groups of volunteers will perform exercises such as pushups, planks, 2k row, upright bike and 1.5 mile run. This is the first of four planned evaluations around the fleet designed to set new performance standards and metrics for future physical readiness tests.
