FORT CARSON, Colo. - U.S. Army Gen. Michael X. Garrett (left), FORSCOM commanding general, salutes the units of the 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson, aside the outgoing 4th Inf. Div. Commanding General, Maj. Gen. Randy A. George, during the 4th Infantry Division Change of Command ceremony, Oct. 4, at Fort Carson, Colorado.
