John “Crank” Kollar taxis in a T-6B Texan II aircraft after his final flight as commander of the "Rangers" of Training Squadron (VT) 28 at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Oct. 3. Kollar relinquished command of VT-28 to Cmdr. Ahren “Swacket” Thornton during an aerial change-of-command ceremony.
