SAGAMIHARA, Japan – Japan Ground Self-Defense Force members and a U.S. Army Medical Department Activity-Japan Soldier work together to secure a simulated casualty onto a litter for transport during the assessment portion of Tactical Combat Casualty Care training at Sagami General Depot, Oct. 3. MEDDAC-J hosted TCCC training Sept. 30 through Oct. 3 to improve medical capabilities and interoperability amongst both JGSDF and U.S. Army medical Soldiers.
