A Soldier from the 413th Chemical Company, 457th Chemical Battalion, 415th Chemical Brigade, 76th Operational Response Command cast as silhouette on a tarp as he prepares his gear before he and nearly 150 other Army Reserve Soldiers conducted a mass casualty decontamination training event Sept. 28, at the Jacobi Medical Center, Bronx, New York. The event was part of a two-day consequence management training event focused on mass casualty decontamination, CBRN reconnaissance and medical operations along side multiple civilian agencies in and around New York City. The event involved various scenarios including rescuing patients from a Subway disaster and decontamination operations at a local hospital.
