Obregon (T-AK 3006), mans the ship's helm as PFC Eugene A. Obregon transits a simulated minefield in the Atlantic Ocean, Sept. 23, 2019. The ship was underway in support of U.S. Transportation Command's turbo activation, which was designed to test the surge sealift fleet's material readiness and its crews' ability to sail their ships in a contested environment.
