KOROR, Republic of Palau – U.S. Marines from 1st Marine Division attend Palau’s 25th annual boat race at the Japan-Palau Friendship Bridge, Sept. 29, 2019. The race is an annual event, held around Palau’s Independence Day that consists of speed boats racing under the bridge with spectators lining both sides. This year, U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Gen.
