A ribbon cutting ceremony to dedicate the Capt. Dean Sprouting Track and Field was conducted on Sep. 16, Al Asad Air Base. The track and field provides a safe place for group sports and running in an austere environment for service members, coalition forces, and civilians deployed in support of Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve.
