An Opposing Force (OPFOR) soldier from the Republic of Azerbaijan takes up a defensive position prior to an expected attack during Saber Junction 19 (SJ19), at the at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center in Hohenfels, Germany Sept. 25, 2019. SJ19 is an exercise involving nearly 5,400 participants from 16 ally and partner nations at the U.S. Army's Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels Training Areas, Sept. 3 to 30 Sept. 2019.
