    SOUTH CHINA SEA (Sept. 29, 2019) Rear Adm. George M. Wikoff commander, Task Force (CTF) 70, commends Rear Adm. Karl O. Thomas during a change of command ceremony in the hangar bay of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). CTF 70 is forward deployed to the U.S 7th Fleet area of operations in support of security and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
