These 21st Chemical soldiers are given a motivational speech by Brig. Gen. Leslie D. Smith, 20th Support Command, May 10 at the U.S. Army’s Umatilla Chemical Depot, Ore. This is part of a large-scale training exercise on how to react to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosives attack taking place at Yakima Training Center and other locations.
