    A U.S. Marine Corps MV-22B Osprey with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Africa 19.2, Marine Forces Europe and Africa, prepares to execute air-to-air refueling rehearsals off the coast of Spain, Sept. 24, 2019.
