YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 26, 2019) – Capt. Rich Jarrett, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) commanding officer, pretends to ride a police motorcycle during the CFAY National Night Out. National Night Out is a national event to promote community involvement in crime prevention, police-community relationships, and community closeness. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
