ATLANTIC OCEAN (Sept. 25, 2019) Boatswain’s Mate Seaman Crelis Chavira, from San Antonio, stands a lookout watch from the bridge wing as the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Vella Gulf (CG 72) fires tracer rounds from its 25mm gun at a remote-controlled surface contact during a live-fire exercise.
