Army National Guard members wait in the Eugene Airport to be categorized in either minor, delayed, or immediate health risk groups as determined by their triage tags during Vigilant Guard in Eugene, Ore., May 2, 2012. Vigilant Guard is a simulated mass casualty exercise that gives local and state emergency responders a chance to integrate with the Air National Guard and the Army National Guard while treating patients from various disaster situations.
