    Aircrew assigned to the 164th Airlift Squadron with the 179th Airlift Wing, Mansfield, Ohio, meet with local leaders while participating in the air show "Festa al Cel" Sept. 21-22, 2019, at Lleida-Alguaire Airport, Spain.
