A U.S. Air Force airman in ABU (Airman Battle Uniform) stands inside what appears to be a hardened aircraft shelter (HAS) or Quonset-style military hangar. He is holding a bundle of tan cargo straps or tie-down webbing in one hand and what appears to be a ratchet or locking mechanism in the other. The curved corrugated metal walls of the shelter show significant paint deterioration and aging.
